This page lists telephone hotlines for men who have been sexually assaulted. There are innumerable rape crisis hotlines around the world ... for women. Here I've listed only those hotlines I've located which reach out specifically to male survivors or for which men are a significant percentage of their clients and therefore have experience working with male survivors. I haven't tried to call all these hotlines, so some may not be in service. If you have problems reaching any of these, or you know of others that should be on this list, please let me know.
In order by state name. If there's nothing listed here for your state, it doesn't mean there's no hotline for you in your state, just that I don't know about it. Call one of the national hotlines.
